TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Appointments/
Booking
All appointments require accurate client information at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the final service total. Appointment times are not guaranteed until confirmed by the artist.
Cancellations/
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule or cancel up to 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to be available at the scheduled time may result in a forfeiture of the deposit and a cancellation fee.
Service
Expectations
Results vary based on individual skin type, preparation, and aftercare. Clients must follow all provided skincare and pre-appointment prep instructions for best results. The artist reserves the right to refuse service if a client appears ill, has a contagious skin condition, or presents unsafe working conditions.
Client
Responisbility
Notify the artist of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent treatments (spray tans, facials, peels, lashes etc.) Arrive with a clean face and dry, exfoliated skin as instructed.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise stated by the artist. Accepted forms of payment methods include- Venmo, cash, credit and debit card. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Travel/ On Site
Services
Travel fees may apply for on-location services. Parking, tolls, or venue fees related to the appointment are the client's responsibility.
Media/
Photos
With client consent, before and after photos may be taken for portfolio, marketing, or social media use.
Clients may decline photography or videograohy at any time.
Refunds
Due to the nature of cosmetic service, no refunds are issued once a service is performed, unless otherwise stated under artist discretion. If there is a conern with your service, please notify us within 24 hours.
